A bit about our personalization process

  • Quality

All our books have a sturdy hardcover with matte finish to ensure long-lasting quality.

  • Characters

You design your child's character yourself while you personalize the book: name, skin tone, hair, eyes and outfit. What you see in the preview is what we print, and every choice is saved in the personalization details of your order.

  • Returns

Each book is printed for one child, so personalized books can't be returned. Need to fix the name or look? Text or email us before the book goes to print and we'll update it. If anything is wrong with the book itself, we'll make it right.

  • Delivery

Every book is printed especially for your child, so please allow at least 20 days for delivery. Need it by a certain date? Text us at +1 (786) 710-9526 before you order.
